Who these terms are for. These terms apply to anyone using this website — founders and business owners researching or using Inter-Hiring, and candidates applying for a role through it. If you're a paying client, your use of the actual hiring system is also governed by your Service Agreement, which takes priority over these terms wherever the two overlap. These terms cover everyone else, and everything else: browsing the site, reading the FAQ and pricing pages, and applying for a role as a candidate.

What Inter-Hiring is. Inter-Hiring is a structured hiring system, not a recruitment agency. It does not find or supply candidates for a fee, and it does not make hiring decisions. If you're a candidate, the business you're applying to is your prospective employer, not Inter-Hiring — Inter-Hiring provides the process the business is using, nothing more.

Using this website. You can use this site to learn about Inter-Hiring, apply for a role advertised by one of our clients, or, if you're a client, log in to use the system. You agree not to misuse the site — attempting to access parts of it you're not authorised for, submitting false information, disrupting how it works for others, or scraping or copying its content without permission.

If you're applying for a role. Applying for a role through this site doesn't guarantee an interview, a job offer, or any particular outcome. The business you're applying to makes every hiring decision itself. Information you provide during an application is handled as set out in our Candidate Privacy Notice, shown to you before you apply.

Ownership. The content on this site — including the Inter-Hiring name, the methodology behind the system, the question bank, and the site's design — belongs to Inter-Hiring Limited. You're welcome to read and use the site as intended; you're not permitted to copy, reproduce, or reuse its content elsewhere without permission.

No guarantees about the website itself. We try to keep this site accurate and working properly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. If something's wrong or not working, please let us know.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Inter-Hiring isn't liable for losses arising from your use of this website, beyond what's separately agreed in a Service Agreement for paying clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
